I’m Pete Norris. And here’s a little bit about me.
Before going freelance as a copywriter with Upstart Creative I worked as Head of Communications for a non-profit in London. This is where I cut my teeth as a writer, cranking out weekly supporter communications and press releases. I learned how to distil complex arguments into simple messages, without dumbing things down.
Before that, I worked for another non-profit as a student worker. This is where I developed skills as a public speaker, leading group discussions and giving talks in different settings.
I relish the challenge of getting people to understand and respond to what’s being said.
